LAFIA – Gov. Umaru Al-makura of Nasarawa State has approve the appointment of Prof. Muhammed Salihu, as the substantive Provost of the College of Agriculture, Lafia.
The Acting Registrar of the college, David Musha, make this known in a statement made available to News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lafia on Tuesday. [eap_ad_1] It stated that before the appointment, Salihu was a professor of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at the Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto.
It added that Salihu was appointed acting provost of the college by the Al-makura in November 2013.
The statement stated that the appointment, which was for four years, was with immediate effect. (NAN)
