ABUJA- Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has described the death of Pastor Patience Eno, the wife of the Akwa-Ibom governor, as devastating.
Abubakar, in a statement by his media aide, Paul Ibe, described late Eno, who died on Friday, as a remarkable woman who gave her best in the service of humanity and her family.
He sympathised with the family of Gov. Umo Eno, the government and people of Akwa-Ibom over her demise.
Sharing in the grief of the Akwa-Ibom people, Abubakar urged governor Eno to stand firm in the belief that his beloved wife had only gone to rest in a place of eternal peace.(NAN)
