Hon. Yusuf Gambo Hawaja, Deputy Chief of Staff, Plateau State Government House, is dead.
Hawaja died on Sunday afternoon (today) and is about being buried according to Muslim rights, a member of Muslim Ulamah in Plateau State, Alhaji Sani Mudi, told Sundiata Post.
He was said to have collapsed in his house and later died in the car conveying him to the hospital.
Hawaja, who was said to be in his early 50s, was appointed deputy chief of staff by Governor Simon Lalong in 2015.
