The Minister of State for Works, Mr Adedayo Adeyeye, on Sunday predicted another victory dance for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) after the Aug. 9 governorship election in Osun. Adeyeye told newsmen in Ado Ekiti that the party’s governorship candidate, Chief Iyiola Omisore would secure “a landslide victory at the poll. “ He said that the people of Ekiti had opened the floodgate of victory for the PDP in the South-West, adding that nothing would stop the victory ship from berthing in Osun on Aug. 9.
[eap_ad_1] Adeyeye said: “Osun people have shown that they are tired of the All Progressives Congress (APC) government and are ready for a change. “Nigerians should ask Gov. Rauf Aregbesola why he is contesting the Aug. 9 election meant for Osun. “It is funny that Aregbesola, who calls himself `Governor of the State of Osun’ is contesting `Osun State’ governorship election. “The people of Osun are eagerly waiting for Aug. 9 to elect their governor. “No amount of noise making, propaganda and falsehood can stop the PDP from winning the election.” (NAN)
