Lagos – Eight ships are waiting to discharge Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), otherwise known as petrol, at the various oil terminals in Apapa and Tin-Can Island Ports in Lagos.
The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) stated this in its daily publication – `Shipping Position’, – a copy of which was made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Friday in Lagos.
The document stated that 32 ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods were expected to arrive the ports from Feb. 2, to Feb. 25.
NPA stated that the expected ships contained general cargoes, buck wheat, containers, soda ash, bulk salt, crude palm olein, soda ash, base oil and petrol.

NAN reports that 17 other ships are at the ports discharging buck wheat, general cargoes, bulk salt, gypsum, bulk salt, bulk rice, bulk gypsum, containers, aviation fuel and petrol. (NAN)
