LAGOS – The representative of Lagos East Senatorial District, Bayo Oshinowo, is dead.
Available report said the senator died at a Lagos hospital where he has been on admission for some weeks to treat COVID-19 infection.
Popularly known as Pepper, Osinowo was a grassroot politician, who has gone through several levels of leadership.
