Abuja (Sundiata Post) -National Assembly Legislative Aides Forum (NASSLAF) on Tuesday staged a protest over the non-payment of their salaries and entitlements.
The group which alleged that they have not been paid salaries since August also informed that their entitlements have not been paid since three years now.
NASSLAF protesters were carrying placards with different inscriptions as: Omorin pay us our salary, We are Aides not slaves.
The protesters which also accused its leadership of compromise, recalled how their leadership suddenly abandoned the cause they all were involved in.
Sundiata Post recalls that before the national assembly proceeded on recess on July 24, the Sam Melaye-led NASSLAF staged a protest for the non-payment of entitlements amounting to N5billion.
