Kaduna – For allegedly raping a 13-year-old, a 55-year-old man, Dayyabu Dankaka, was on Thursday remanded by a Kaduna Magistrates’ Court.
The Magistrate, Mrs Hajara Dauda, who did not take the defendant’s plea, ordered that he should be kept in prison pending advice from the state Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
