ABUJA (Sundiata Post) – There are indications that operatives of the Department of State Security (DSS) are still laying siege at the Abuja home of Col. Sambo Dasuki (rtd), former National Security Adviser (NSA) as at the time of this report with two of their personnel permanently stationed at entrance to the building.
Apart from being stationed at the gate and other strategic but hidden locations around the John Kadiya Street, Asokoro, Abuja home of Dasuki, the men of the DSS operatives also searche those who were allowed in and out of Dasuki’s home, while some others were turned back.
According to a reliable source, “Dasuki who remains the Nigeria’s secret Police prime target, is being held inside his home in what is increasingly looking like a house arrest, as they lay ambush outside his home.
“Are these people seriously considering his health and want him alive? I mean, what are we going to call this? Isn’t this a contempt of the court order when the same DSS were the ones that dragged the ex-NSA to court in the first place? How can they claim to have completed their investigations and interrogation, filed their case and only to turn around to violate the same court rulings,” the source who is close to Dasuki queried.

Dasuki was supposed to have left for medical treatment outside the country around 10pm on Wednesday but had to shelve the plans following a tip-off of planned arrest by the Federal Government.
