Football Federation’s FIFA Advisor and Consultant refereeing, Linus Mba, has become the first casualty of the world football body’s suspension order on Nigeria.

In a statement Monday, a member of CAF Media Committee Paul Bassey said Mba, who was appointed three weeks ago as the Match for the Sierra Leone versus Seychelles African Cup of Nations qualifier in Freetown July 19, had been replaced.[eap_ad_1]

Bassey said the retired FIFA referee and member of the CAF Referees Committee got a letter from CAF Monday regretting his replacement.

Mba had received a mail from the General Secretary of the Sierra Leone Football Association Chris Kamara his tickets and documents him and the referees were to be sent by Wednesday.
