Job Title: General Manager – Sales
Location: Lagos
Job Profile
- To exploit business opportunities, develop and deploy sales strategies that would guarantee the achievement of the overall sales target of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise sales teams in Lagos and Abuja (team of about 25 people)
- Identify sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements defining market, competitor’s share and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Achieve sales objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing actions plans; implementing productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolving problems;completing audits identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
- Develop field sales action plan
- Manage and oversee the entire sales operations of the business.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years prime managerial experience in the Banking, Telecommunication or Manufacturing industry.
- Masters Degree in any related discipline from a reputable University.
