The Unit Commander, Mr David Mela, said this on Tuesday while decorating an Officer, Tartius Haziel, [pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]that was promoted from the rank of Chief Route Commander to Assistant Corps Commander.
Male said the Command was determined to pursue speedy approval at its Headquarters of promotion of staff whom were due for it.
“The Command will continue to reward hard working, selfless and dedicated staff with promotion as a means of encouraging them to strive for higher position in the service,” he said.
The commander congratulated the newly-promoted officer and urged him to regard the elevation as a challenge for more commitment and dedication to duty.
Responding, Haziel thanked the Commission for the promotion and pledged to justify it.
Haziel advised his colleagues who had yet to be promoted not to relent in the discharge of their duties, adding, “God’s time is the best”. (NAN)
