Nigeria’s popular radio personality, Kayode Ojuolape Oladotun, widely known as Do2dtun, has expressed his deep sadness and frustration over not being able to see his children for the past 10 months.
This revelation comes after his estranged wife, Omotayo, filed for divorce in 2022, citing allegations of coerced abortion, domestic violence, and emotional abuse.
In commemoration of Father’s Day 2023, Do2dtun took to his Instagram page on Sunday to share his heartfelt emotions, highlighting the significant time that has passed since he last set his eyes on his beloved kids.
He expressed the immense longing he feels for them, stating,
“Today marks an entire year since that video was secretly sent to me, and it has been 10 months since I last saw you. I miss you dearly.”
Undeterred by the web of lies, mind games, deceit, and the sluggish legal process that he claims has been deployed against him, Do2dtun remains resolute.
He passionately expressed his desire to spend time with his children, as any deserving father would.
However, he alleged that his wishes are being denied, asserting that the opposing party disobeys the law due to their fear, cowardice, and immaturity.
Do2dtun firmly believed that using children as pawns or weapons in personal disputes is morally wrong.
He asserted that those who have chosen to take this route have made a grave mistake, underestimating his unwavering determination.
Despite the hurdles placed before him, he vows to fight through legal means, refusing to stoop to the level of his adversaries.
The radio personality acknowledged that some may perceive his opponents as the masters of chaos and lawlessness, but he refuses to engage in their game.
His focus remains on his beloved children, and he is determined to protect their well-being.
While he respects the law and strives to abide by it, he will not be taken for a fool.
In a passionate plea to all fathers, Do2dtun encouraged them to fight for their rightful place in their children’s lives, appealing to their sense of legacy and goodwill.
He firmly believed that every child deserves the love and presence of both parents, emphasizing that children should never be used as tools for power or as substitutes for emotional needs.
