ABUJA – The Supreme Court didmissed the appeal file by former Governor of Imo State, Hon. Emeka Ihedioha urging it to set aside its judgment of January 14 declaring Senator Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as elected governor.
In a unanimous decision read by Justice Ariwola, this afternoon (Tuesday) the apex court held that it lacks the constitutional power to sit in appeal over its judgment.
Justice Ariwola declared tha Supreme Court Justices are fallible but that their decisions are infallible.
