This is contained in a public notice signed by Mr Okezie Nwankwo, INEC FCT Head of Voter Education and Publicity in Abuja on Wednesday.
Nwankwo said that the people eligible to be captured in the exercise were those who had not registered and those that registered in 2011 but their names were not displayed.
