Rufai said the vision of Gov. Jibrilla Bindow was to invest much funds in the tertiary institutions in the state.
He added that the ministry, under his watch, has ensured that there was peace and harmony in all the state owned tertiary institutions, particularly the Adamawa State University in Mubi.
He commended the Vice Chancellor of the Adamawa State University, Dr Moses Zaruwa, for transforming the university within a short period, adding that government had made provision for its medical faculty in 2016 budget.
“The state government has already captured the new medical faculty and road networks in the 2016 budget.
“I want to tell you that with the projects that we have gone round to see in some parts of the state, is a clear indication that the changes we have been yearning for has come”, he said. (NAN)
