Lagos – The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) is set to hold its annual Commerce and Industry Award to celebrate excellence and ethical business practices in the country.
This is contained in a press statement by the chamber on Friday in Lagos.
Mr Muda Yusuf, Director-General of LCCI, said in the statement that:”we will be celebrating deserving corporate organisations and public institutions that have made remarkable contribution to the development of commerce, industry, and the economy at large.”
He said that the award would recognise private and public institutions that had impacted positively on the society through promotion of best business practices, innovations and business sustainability.
According to him, the winners from the entries will emerge through a painstaking selection process supported by robust research and market intelligence.
“The award will take place on May 10 at the Muson Centre, Lagos,” he said. (NAN)
