BEIDHA, (LIBYA) – Libyan Government has asked the international community to assist it in ousting,
[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”8″]from Tripoli, the extremist groups who have seized the capital.[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]
This is made known in a communiqué issued on Friday.
The government said that the media and social networks have published photographs of groups called [pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]“al-Hasba,’’ flaunting the Al-Qaida flag in Tripoli, attacking shops and sowing the seeds of terror.
“What is happening in Tripoli is causing a huge damage to Libya,’’ the communiqué said.
The Libyan government said it recognized by the international community and based in Beidha, in the [pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]East of the country.
It urged the international community to lift the arms embargo on the national army to enable it deal decisively with extremism and terrorism in the country and the sub-region.
Local media published photographs of a certain number of unidentified gunmen wandering in Tripoli, removing posters of businesses under the pretext that they violate the Islamic law. (PANA/NAN)
