The Nigeria Communication Commission has called on mobile service customers in Nigeria to always demand their Complaints Reference Number every time they call their service providers on any service issue.
The Commission made this announcement via thir official twitter handle @NgComCommission on Thursday.
According to the Commission, it is important for customers to always have their reference number in case the issue needs to escalated to the Commission.
The Commission also revealed the toll free number 622 and that customers can also write to complaints@ncc.gov.ng, consumerportal@ncc.gov.ng or visit: http://consumer.ncc.gov.ng.
