Joshua said stakeholders in the education sector must be involved in tackling the menace since it had its root from the society.
“Stakeholders must come together to curb examination malpractices since it has its root in the society,’’ he said.
The NECO Chief Executive advised candidates who want to sit for the examination to prepare adequately to avoid being tempted to engage in malpractices.
Responding, Gov. Babangida Aliyu, said the state government would continue to provide federal institutions in the state the enabling environment to discharge their duties for the development of the country.
Aliyu said that federal institutions were not only established for the benefit of the federal government alone but also for benefits of the communities and the states where they are located.
He was optimistic that the incoming All Progressives Congress administration in the state would pay attention to federal establishments in the state. (NAN)
