ENUGU- Mrs Favour Ugwuanyi, the founder of the FAN Foundation, has urged Nigerians not to lose hope on its leaders but to support them in their efforts to steer Nigeria toward a brighter future.
She also urged Nigerians to remember the sacrifices made by the past heroes to preserve the unity of the country, adding that “Nigeria is our home, and we have no other place”.
Ugwuanyi made the call in a statement released to celebrate Nigeria’s Independence at 63 on Monday in Enugu.
Highlighting the need for collective efforts and prayers for the country’s leaders, she emphasised the importance of courage and unity in facing the nation’s current challenges.
Ugwuanyi, who is also the founder of Mobilisers International Ministry, called for love and support among Nigerians, emphasising the importance of unity during these challenging times.
Ugwuanyi, who brought message of hope and unity to Nigerians in the face of adversity, reminded them of their shared history and the strength in their diversity.
“As Nigeria commemorates its 63rd Independence Anniversary, the nation finds itself grappling with economic challenges that have left many of its citizens facing hardships due to inflation and economic instability.
“I bring message of hope and resilience for the Nigerian people and let us celebrate the freedom our heroes fought for and cherish the unity in diversity.
“May the spirit of patriotism and love for our country lead us towards a brighter future.
“May the Lord God Almighty cleanse Nigeria from all unrighteousness, heal our land, and destroy every satanic influence holding Nigeria back from progress, success, and satisfaction,” she prayed.(NAN)
