Abuja- The National Orientation Agency (NOA) Federal Capital Territory (FCT) on Wednesday urged Nigerians to always do the right thing to move the country forward.
Mr Moses Aba, the Director, NOA, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja that the “Do the Right Thing’’ campaign by the organisation was still on course.
He said that the campaign, launched by the NOA Director-General, Mr Mike Omeri, on assumption of duty in 2012 was the platform on which other programmes were built.
“We have done so many programmes to ensure that every Nigerian, no matter the group, imbibe this charge of do the right thing including dressing properly.’’

Aba said that the campaign of dressing properly should start from the home, as indecent dressing by children could tarnish the image of the parents.
The FCT NOA chief cautioned Nigerians against imbibing every foreign culture that came their way.
“It is not all foreign culture that we must imbibe; we have to sieve them to know the ones that are good for us.
“Africa has very rich culture and traditions that we should still hold on to,‘’ he said.
The NOA chief urged on Nigerians to believe in one Nigeria, and avoid relocation due to anticipated electoral violence. (NAN)
