Abuja – The National Industrial Court, Abuja, has fixed Oct.24 for the adoption of written addresses in a suit filed by one Enitan Lisk –Carew, against the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps(NSCDC), Immigration and Prisons Service Board.
Lisk-Carew, an officer with NSCDC is challenging his alleged unlawful dismissal from the corps in 2006.
The appellant joined the Speaker, House of Representatives and the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation as co- respondents.
The aggrieved officer is asking the court to order the respondents to reinstate him to his former position as well as pay him all his entitlements.
At the resumed hearing on Monday, Justice Edith Agbakoba, adjourned until Oct. 2, for adoption of written addresses by parties.
Agbakoba also ordered that hearing notices should be issued to the respondents who were absent and not represented in court.(NAN).
