Supreme Court FC head coach, Fatai Osho has expressed satisfaction with his wards’ performance against former side and hosts, Kogi United.
The Abuja-based side lost 0-2 to the Wada Boys in Saturday’s Nigeria National League (NNL) Division A match day 20 tie at the Confluence Stadium, Lokoja.
Sanusi Pedro and Aminu Abdulkadir scored a goal each to hand the ambitious Lokoja-based side the maximum points at stake.
Osho said his side gave the encounter their very best but ended up conceding defeat to the more adventurous and experienced opponents, Kogi United.
“It was a tremendous game and hotly contested by both sides but won by the better side, Kogi United.
“I’m highly impressed with the reception accorded to me by the home supporters as well as my players’ performance in the duel.[eap_ad_2]

“We played very well to earn at least a point if not for two avoidable slips from the goalkeeper.
“Kogi United played well and ably deserved to win but the scoreline doesn’t tell the accurate story of the game.
“However, I’m not in any way disappointed rather impressed by my wards’ performance given the quality of experienced opposition they faced in Kogi United.
“We’ll quickly go back home to commence preparations for the next matches, we won’t give up the fight till the last game,” said the former Remo Stars coach to supersport.com.
The defeat at Kogi United leaves the Apex Court’s total points at 26 from a possible 60.  (supersport.com)[eap_ad_3]
