Oyo NASU to build N500m office complex

OGBOMOSO – Jumoke Akinjide, Minister of State for , is expected to grace launching of N500 million  office complex of Non-Academic Staff Union (NASU) of  and Colleges, State chapter.
Also expected at forum,  which would mark maiden edition of NASU Day,  is a chieftain, Mr Seyi Makinde,
Mr Samuel Olaleye, the of the union in the state,  told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN)  on Tuesday that the office complex was imperative given the 4, 000 members in the state.
He stated that the union would also the forum billed for Thursday in Ibadan  to give out some items to empower its members.
The said items to be distributed its social scheme were 54 motorcycles, 47 deep freezers  and 25 power generating sets,  500 bundles of iron sheets, four  photocopiers and 10 laptop computers.
He further said that the union had  in recent times witnessed tremendous achievements in assets  acquisition.
” We have also ensured that our workers benefit from various programmes and services  such as loans, ” he said. (NAN)
