ABUJA (Sundiata Post) Following the federal high court ruling in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti state that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has no jurisdiction over state finances, given that Nigeria is a federal system, the Ekiti state governor, Ayo Fayose has moved to set up the state’s own economic crimes commission.
He made this known via his official twitter account that the bill has passes second reading in the state legislature.
