My Take:
What we have in hands is a President that is CRIMINALLY INSENSITIVE to ethnic and religious sensibilities of a diverse country like ours. What does this tell us? It is NOT about Biafra, Oduduwa or Arewa. But a leader who is determined to set the country on fire by his actions and inaction.
I want his supporters, especially those of Yoruba origin, both home and abroad, to come and defend these alarming lopsidedness.
They sold to Nigerians a messiah who is above board and would never hurt a fly nor touch our money. But I know deep inside them, they would prefer a peaceful nation under a “corrupt” leader than one where ethnic tensions could be cut with knife!
What do we owe Buhari? Let all men and women of goodwill come together and ease him out of Aso Rock by 2019.
I do NOT care where the next president comes from. But let him be one who sees Nigeria beyond the North-east geo-political zone!
