ABUJA – The management of Wonderland Amusement Park, Abuja, has put in place necessary security measures to make the park safe and secure for customers during the yuletide.
Mr Paul Oko, the manager of the park, gave the assurance on Tuesday in Abuja in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
Wonderland Amusement Park & Resort is an ultra modern world class recreation centre situated a few minutes’ drive from the city centre.
Oko assured fun seekers that both the management and federal government had put in place measures to ensure that the park was well secured to protect lives and properties.
He said: “Our customers should not entertain any fear. Management and the government have made efforts to provide security in the park.
“ The government has posted security men to the park and they are well equipped.
“Our security officers are also well equipped and by the grace of God, there won’t be any bridge of security during the festivities.
Oko said that fun seekers and other revelers visiting the park during the yuletide would be subjected to security search.
“We will scan everybody including our staff before they enter the park,’’ he said, adding that facilities in the park including indoor and outdoor games were in good working condition. (NAN)
