political office seekers to eschew violence in their quest for power.
Ajirotutu, who is the spokesman of African Traditional Religion of Nigeria (ATREN), told the News [pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]Agency of Nigeria in Lagos that contest for public offices during the February 14 and 28 polls should not be“ a do or die affair’’.
He urged the contestants to team up, irrespective of their party affiliations, to salvage the country from its present predicament.

“My advice to politicians is to ensure that this coming elections should not be do or die affair.[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]
“If they have genuine interest they should still come together and salvage the situation in Nigeria.[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]
“They should not use our youths as thugs because they are the future leaders, they should know that Nigeria is our country, we don’t have any other country.’’

He also appealed to all Nigerians, irrespective of religious or ethnic backgrounds, to intensify prayers for continued survival of the country and for the success of the elections. (NAN)
