Abuja – The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) has assured customers that its offices will be opened to respond to faults, customers’ complaints and also distribute electricity during the Easter public holidays.

This is contained in a statement issued by the company’s Spokesman, Ahmed Shekarau, and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Thursday in Abuja.
“AEDC assures customers in the FCT, Kogi, Nasarawa and Niger that its offices will be opened to respond to faults, customers’ complaints and also distribute the electricity allocated to it by the System Operator during the Easter public holidays.’’
According to the statement, all the company’s cash offices and vending points across the franchise area will be opened for business to enable customers settle electricity bills and buy tokens.
The company said that it had been working relentlessly to ensure that all its customers in the franchise area got sufficient power supply to enhance comfort during Easter.
The company, however, appealed to all customers to ensure safe use of electricity and urged them to always settle their electricity bills to avoid disconnection. (NAN)
