MADINAH – The leader of Tabligh Islamic Brotherhood (TIB), Alhaji Muhammed Hussein, on Monday advised pilgrims to perform Hajj in accordance with the laid down procedures.
Hussein gave the advice in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, during an interactive session with newsmen.
The religious leader said that the importance of Hajj to Muslims could not be over-emphasised in the propagation of Islamic religion.
“Whoever performs Hajj, Allah will forgive him or her of all the sins committed, and he or she becomes like a new born baby that is just starting a new life.
“The person will never be poor, Allah will open doors for him.
“He will compensate him or her in many ways for devoting his time, energy, resources in the course of Allah,” he said. [eap_ad_2] He stated that Allah said that whoever devoted his or her entire life for worshiping Him would enter His paradise.
Hussein advised Muslims to love fellow adherents of Islam and those who professed other religions even after the hajj operations.
“It will be a very bad thing after performing Hajj for anybody to go back and start committing sins against Allah.
“It is expected of everybody to have a change of life after performing hajj as one of the five pillars of Islam,” he said.
He said that in the past, people performed Hajj with purity of mind, saying that nowadays some pilgrims came to Saudi Arabia to buy articles of trade.
“This not acceptable in the eyes of the almighty Allah and the purpose of the whole exercise.
“We should try as much as possible to put any negative thought behind us while in the holy land if our going there is anything to by,“ he said.
Hussein also urged Muslims to ensure that they positively touched the lives of fellow Muslims and even non-Muslims, so they could receive the blessings of Allah.
Hussein advised the Muslim Ummah to shun worldly things, and live in peace wherever they found themselves
He advised them to take their prayers seriously as it was the only key to achieving great things here on earth and in the hereafter. (NAN) [eap_ad_3]
