Election: Police deny arresting innocent citizens in Benue

MAKURDI – The Benue Police Command on denied arresting innocent citizens ahead the March 28 and April 11 elections.

The Police Public Relations , ASP Austin Ezeani, made the denial in an with the News Agency Nigeria (NAN) in Makurdi.

The , who responding to complaints by residents over alleged arbitrary by the police, said the raid targeted at criminals and not to victimise anybody.
