Enugu – The Enugu Police Command says it has concluded arrangements to unveil a social media platform for the its soccer team, the Crime Busters FC of Enugu to boost its activities.
A statement signed by its Team Manager,, Ebere Amaraizu in Enugu on Tuesday said the club needed to have social media platform to keep journalists and other relevant stakeholders in football, abreast of the club’s activities.
“Social media would bridge a communication gap between it and the stakeholders.
“The club will have social media platform such as Twitter, Facebook page and Instagram to enable members of the public and football lovers to reach the club,” it said.
The statement explained that the arrangement would help to reposition the club technically and tactically ahead of the next football season with grade A build up matches lined up for the club.
It noted it had been the intention of the command to hold state wide sports festival for police divisions and formations before the end of the year.

The festival is to help to identify young fresh talents in all sporting events to represent the command at the zone 9 Police Games’ eliminations scheduled to take place in Enugu from Jan. 11 to Jan. 15, 2016. (NAN)
