Abuja (Sundiata Post) – The Minority Leader of the Senate, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe has called on the All Progressives Congress (APC) led federal government to resign.
He made the Call on Wednesday at the floor of the Senate while contributing to a motion on “Nigerian security challenges: urgent need to restructure, review abd reorganize the current security architecture sponsored by Senator Abdullahi Yahaya Abubakar (Kebbi North) and co-sponsored by 53 others.
The senator representing Abia south senatorial district, Senator Abaribe made the call when he recounted that the APC government during the campaign asked Nigerians to stone them if they fail to stamp out insecurity.
Senator Abaribe who quoted Thisday headline that says “Buhari Surprise Over Insecurity Level In Nigeria” said he is surprised by the Surprise expressed by President Buhari.
Adding that it was for the sake of convenient and propaganda that Nigerians were told that Boko Haram has been defeated.
