Former Head of State, Major-General Muhammadu BuhariA small six-seater aircraft with two persons on board has been reported to have crashed at Matseri village in Bunza local government of Kebbi State without fatalities.

A source from the area said the accident occurred on Monday around 7:15pm when one of the wings of the aircraft used for farm spray clipped an electric cable and broke.

One of the persons onboard was said to have sustained injuries while the other was unhurt. Also, none of the villagers was affected by the accident.[eap_ad_2]

The aircraft belongs to the Ministry of Agriculture and was carrying area spray of farmland when the accident happened.

The village head of Matseri, Alhaji Mohammed Bello Ahmad was reported to have confirmed that the aircraft was carrying two persons, Ibrahim and Solomon who came for aerial spray of the farms in the area.

The police public relations officer, Kabir Bawa Rawayau said the police are investigating the cause of the accident.
