Birnin Kebbi – Alhaji Samaila Mera, Kebbi State Amirul Hajj, has advised the 4, 120 intending pilgrims from the state to shun acts capable of tarnishing the image of the state and the country.
Mera, who is also the Emir of Argungu, gave the advice on Tuesday in Birnin Kebbi while addressing the prospective pilgrims.

He called on Hajj guards and members of the committee constituted to assist the pilgrims to ensure hitch free conduct of the pilgrimage.
He said that officials of the 2015 pilgrimage would ensure that the intending pilgrims conduct their religious obligations strictly in line with the laws of Saudi Arabia and Islam.
The first batch of 260 intending pilgrims from the state departed for Saudi Arabia on Tuesday. (NAN)
