Ikole (Ekiti)- Pastor Olusola Adewumi of the Christ Apostolic Miracle Church, Ikole Ekiti, has advised Nigerians to tolerate one another for sustenance of peace.

Adewumi made this call in his Christmas sermon on Thursday in Ikole Ekiti.

The cleric said that Nigerians should imbibe the spirit of tolerance to promote peace and the unity of the nation.

Adewumi, who decried the insecurity challenges facing the country, identified intolerance as the major factor for the problem.

He advised every Christian to pray ceaselessly for the nation to overcome its challenges, stressing that God would intervene and deliver Nigeria.

“Fervent prayer is required now, the creator is capable of solving our problems, if we call on him with all our sense of humility,” he said.

He also urged Christians to emulate Jesus Christ and obey his commandments so as to live a decent life in preparation for eternity.

The cleric appealed to the government at all levels to always do what would alleviate the hardship facing the common man. (NAN)
