Abuja, – The Choral Director, Abuja Choral Ensemble (ACE), Mr Everyman Eleanya, on Sunday said the ACE annual Christmas concert would hold on Dec. 17, at the Blake Resort, Garki, Abuja.
Eleanya, also a Judge of the FCT-Judiciary, said this in Abuja in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
He said the concert titled: “Crescendo IV” was aimed at providing a relaxed environment for all Abuja residents and help them enjoy the season.
The director said that the concert would feature African and Western songs, solo performances, duets among others, for their listening pleasure.
He said the event would have in attendance, legislators, top government functionaries and members of the diplomatic corp among others.
Eleanya urged Federal Capital Territory (FCT) residents to take advantage of the concert for their mental relaxation and wellness this yuletide.
He said that there was need to leave the hustle and bustle of the life to rejuvenate and enhance mental and physical health ahead of 2023.
“Just like our bodies need food and energy to excel and live a healthy life, the art of music is food and wine for the soul.
“Music has a profound impact on our minds and bodies, it rejuvenates body and soul, fills everyone with the vitality required to be happy and live well.
“Crescendo IV is arguably the biggest Christmas concert in Abuja at this time of the year, and there is room for everyone; the aim is to make everyone relaxed and prepared for 2023,” he said. (NAN)
