Oyo pays tribute to retiring head of service

IBADAN – Members of the Oyo Executive Council on Tuesday  extolled the virtues of the retiring Head of Service, Alhaji Tajudeen  Aremu, many describing him as an astute administrator   added value the ’s  civil service.

They spoke at the valedictory Executive Council meeting held at the Governor’s in Ibadan

Aremu is  retiring after serving the state for 35 years.

Presiding at the meeting, the state’s  Deputy Governor, Moses Adeyemo,   members of the council ensure they leave  behind worthy legacies after service.

“ You  will leave your  post but you  should be conscious of the legacy you will leave behind,’’ he said.

The state’s  for Lands, Mr  Isaac Omodewu,  and an Executive Assistant the Governor, Dr  Morohunkola Thomas,  described  Aremu as a patriotic citizen of the state contributed immensely the of the Abiola Ajimobi administration.(NAN)
