Manila – Three people were killed and two others injured when a grenade exploded Sunday in the northern Philippine city of Antipolo, police said.
The incident occurred at around 10:35 a.m. local time in Bagong Nayon village, Atipolo City, Rizal province.

Investigators recovered from the scene assorted live ammunition, two pieces of grenade, and drug paraphernalia.
Security sources said further investigation has been ongoing to determine the suspects and motive of the incident. (Xinhua/NAN)
